Richard started off his managerial career at Hereford Junior Bulls in the 98/99 season as assistant manager, he began his reign at Wellington in the 1999/2000 season where he was heavily involved with the Wellington Youth teams as assistant manager in which he helped managers Ian Bendall and Rob Morgan to great success, he remained as assistant manager of the Wellington under 18's until the end of the 2006/2007 season. He became the manager of the Wellington Under 18's at the start of the 2007/2008 season following the resignation of Graham Read and aims to take the team to new heights for the forthcoming season.

Rob has been with Wellington all his life, starting off at a young side playing alongside many of the Wellington greats including John Perkins, Phil Smith, Graham Hicks and Derek Williams to name but a few. He previously managed Wellington at many youth levels and brought the team to many successful cup wins and league wins during his time with the club.

Ed is physio for the team but his other jobs include getting the ball and running the line in friendlies, it is also his responsibility that the players are hydrated. Ed has been involved with Wellington all of his life except for a season or 2 at Lads Club when he was a glory boy! When Ed isn't busy showing off his new chest hairs he plays for the Wellington mens teams and has captained the Colts on several occasions.
